Louise Doyle, DODr. Doyle is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist and a fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology.
She received her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and her medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. She performed a medical internship and ophthalmology residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus. Dr. Doyle specializes in cataracts and refractive surgery, as well as comprehensive ophthalmology. In addition to her Mid Ohio Eye position, Dr. Doyle is the Medical Director of TLC Columbus. She remains active as an educator in her current positions as Clinical Assistant Professor of Optometry at The Ohio State University and Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Ohio University. She is a member of numerous state and national ophthalmology organizations, including the American Osteopathic Association, Ohio Osteopathic Association, Columbus EENT Society, Ohio Ophthalmological Society, American Academy of Ophthalmology, and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Outside of ophthalmology, Dr. Doyle enjoys skiing, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband, Carl, delight in spending time with their children and grandchildren. |
Ashley San Filippo, MDDr. San Filippo is a board-certified glaucoma specialist and comprehensive ophthalmologist.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Integrated Life Sciences from Kent State University and her medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Medical University. She completed a medical internship at the State University of New York at Buffalo and an ophthalmology residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She returned to Ohio to complete a glaucoma fellowship at The Ohio State University. During residency and fellowship, Dr. San Filippo contributed to numerous ophthalmology publications and presentations, and she continues to regularly speak at local and state ophthalmology, optometry, and ophthalmic technician meetings. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Ohio Ophthalmological Society, the Ohio State Medical Association, the Columbus Medical Association, and the Columbus EENT Society. She continues to be involved in the education of medical students and residents as Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at The Ohio State University, Clinical Assistant Professor of Optometry at The Ohio State University, and Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Ohio University. Dr. San Filippo has a special interest in minimally invasive glaucoma surgery as well as advanced technology cataract surgery. In her free time, Dr. San Filippo is an avid runner, fashion-lover, and Ohio State fan! |
